CFCL Australia was established in 1997 to provide lease of locomotive power and rollingstock to the Australian rail industry. CFCL Australia currently owns and manages $200 million of accredited rail assets under lease to Australian Customers. This includes modern locomotives, container flats, ballast wagons, grain hoppers, perway equipment and ore hoppers. New vehicles include 63' and 83' container wagons, twin pack ore hoppers, and refurbished ballast hoppers. All wagons refurbished/manufactured by CFCLA are designed to the highest technical and commercial specifications possible.
